  • 2 zucchini, spiralized into noodles
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
