This Oreo protein ice cream recipe is perfect for anyone craving a creamy, high-protein treat—without needing a Ninja Creami. It’s easy to make, low in effort, and high in flavor, using just a few simple ingredients and your favorite protein powder. And yes, OREO Thins totally count as balance.

Oreo Protein Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

    • 500g unsweetened almond milk
    • 30g protein powder
    • 10g cocoa powder
    • 10g sugar free chocolate pudding mix
    • 2 Oreo Thins

Instructions:

  • Step 1

Grab a mixing bowl or a large cup. Add your protein shake or your protein powder + milk combo. Stir well or use a small hand blender to make it smooth.

  • Step 2

Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe bowl or cup. Crumble in some OREOs—layer some in the middle, and save a few to sprinkle on top.

  • Step 3

Freeze for a few hours (at least 3–4), or just prep it the night before and let it sit overnight.

  • Step 4

When ready to serve, let it sit out for a few minutes to soften slightly, and then enjoy!

  • Bonus: For the Ninja Creami Crew

    If you have a Ninja Creami at home:

    1. Add all your ingredients to your Creami pint. Blend  until smooth.

    2. Freeze overnight (or for at least 6 hours).

    3. Once fully frozen, pop it into the Creami machine and run the Lite Ice Cream function once.

    4. Make a hole in the center and add your crushed OREOs.

    5. Run the Mix-Ins function. Enjoy right away!
